This policy explains what information the "drowup Collector" extension (the "Extension") processes, how that information is used, and what rights you have. We process only the minimum information required to provide the product-collection and product-library features.

1. Information We Collect

Product information you actively collect. Only when you click the Extension icon and confirm collection, the Extension reads the publicly displayed content of the product detail page you are currently viewing: product title, SKU/item number, price and currency, variants, stock status, product images, description, category, source marketplace and product URL.

Account information. Using the collection feature requires signing in to a drowup account. We process your account identifier (such as account ID or email) and an access token so that collected data is written to your own product library.

Local data required for operation. Extension settings, sign-in state, and a queue of failed collections awaiting retry, stored in the browser's local storage for the Extension.

We do not collect: browsing history unrelated to the current product page, your activity on other websites, third-party cookie data, payment or financial information, government identifiers, health information, contacts, precise location, keystrokes, or screenshots.

2. How We Use Information

• To parse the product page you confirm and save it to your own drowup product library;
• To keep you signed in;
• To show why a collection failed and allow retries;
• To diagnose faults, fix compatibility issues, and adapt to marketplace page changes.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness or lending determinations, or any purpose unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.

3. Storage and Retention

Collected product data and account information are stored on the servers we use to provide the drowup service. Sign-in state and the retry queue are stored in your browser's local storage. Product data is retained until you delete it, close your account, or stop using the service. Uninstalling the Extension clears its local storage.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell your data or provide it to other users or for advertising;
• We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, under equivalent confidentiality obligations;
• We disclose data only when required by law or by a competent authority acting through due legal process.

5. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Statement

• Information is used only to provide or improve the Extension's clearly described single purpose: collecting product information for the user and saving it to that user's own drowup product library;
• We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the Extension's functionality with user consent;
• We do not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes, or for advertising unrelated to the Extension's purpose;
• We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the Extension's single purpose.

6. Permissions

• Access to supported marketplace pages: used only to read publicly displayed product information on the page you are viewing when you actively trigger collection. The Extension does not modify pages or inject ads.
• Access to the drowup API: used to upload the product data you confirm to your own drowup product library.
• Local storage: used to store sign-in state, settings, and the retry queue.

The Extension does not run on any website outside the supported marketplaces.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• View, correct, or delete collected products in your drowup product library;
• Sign out from the Extension window;
• Uninstall the Extension to stop all collection and clear its local storage;
• Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your account.

8. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for e-commerce professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will post any updated version on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes, we will notify you in the Extension or through the drowup service.
